On March 15, Sinochem Group and the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. (COMAC) signed a framework agreement for strategic cooperation in Beijing. Frank Ning, Chairman of Sinochem Group, met with Mr. He Dongfeng, Chairman of COMAC. They witnessed the signing.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed and summarized the achievements and experience of strategic cooperation over the past ten years, followed by in-depth discussions on cooperation in fields such as R&D and manufacturing of commercial aircraft industry, business consulting services, building of new chemical materials cooperation platform, supply and R&D of chemical products and services.
Mr. Yang Lin, Chief Financial Officer of Sinochem Group, and Mr. Cheng Fubo, Deputy General Manager of COMAC, signed the Framework Agreement for Strategic Cooperation on behalf of each party. The signing ceremony was presided over by Ms. Chen Dechun, Vice President of Sinochem Group. Mr. Zhao Yuerang, General Manager of COMAC, Mr. Zhou Xinmin, Deputy General Manager of COMAC, Mr. Zhang Fang, Chief Technology Officer and Director of Innovation and Strategy Department, and Mr. Zhang Baohong, Secretary of the Board of Directors of Sinochem Group, attended the signing ceremony.
Over the years, Sinochem and COMAC have been important strategic partners. The signing of the agreement will further consolidate the strategic cooperation relationship between the two parties. A win-win situation for the alliance between two giants is expected to be built on the continuously enhanced level of cooperation, expanded cooperation sectors and enriched cooperation contents.
