On January 11, Sinochem Oil Co., Ltd. (Sinochem Oil) and COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation Co., Ltd. (COSCO SHIPPING Energy) signed an oil tanker transportation cooperation agreement in Shanghai. Through this cooperation, both parties will make use of the "Time Charter + Ship Entrustment" mode to broaden the fields of cooperation and innovate cooperation means to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results.
Mr. Frank Ning, Chairman of Sinochem Group, and Mr. Xu Lirong, Chairman of COSCO SHIPPING Group, witnessed the signing of the agreement. Mr. Feng Zhibin, Mr. Jiang Zhenghong and Mr. Yang Shihao, the three Vice Presidents of Sinochem Group; Assistant President Mr. Zhong Ren, as well as Secretary of the Board Mr. Li Qiang attended the signing ceremony.
