At the symposium, seven entrepreneurs including Frank Ning gave advice and suggestions on the current economic situation, protecting market entities, strengthening scientific and technological innovation, deepening the reform of enterprises, attracting and mobilizing talents, the 14th Five-Year Plan, etc. Frank Ning focused on the transformation of state-owned enterprises into scientific and technological innovation enterprises.
