On February 22, Frank Ning, Chairman of Sinochem Group met some governmental leaders, including Huang Xingguo, Acting Secretary of Tianjin Municipal Committee and Mayor of Tianjin in Tianjin Guest House, and went to explore and investigate partial enterprises subordinate to Sinochem Group in Tianjin including Sinochem Tianjin Petrochemical Warehouse Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Port Sinochem Petrochemical Dock Co., Ltd.. Du Guosheng, Vice President of Sinochem Group and Zhang Zenggen, Assistant President, also participated in the above meeting and investigation.
During the meeting with Secretary Huang Xingguo, both sides carried out deep communications in terms of the former cooperation and potential cooperative opportunities in the future.
Mr. Ning made a brief introduction on the business development of Sinochem Group in recent years. He said that Sinochem Group stuck to the development idea of “health, safety and environment”; the business of the group went on smoothly and the entire group maintained a sustainable and healthy development tendency. Sinochem Group attached great importance to its cooperation with Tianjin and would take full advantage of the enterprise advantages, enlarge its investment in Tianjin, carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of petrochemical and trade storage and actively participate in urban construction of Tianjin so as to better serve the local economic development.
Secretary Huang Xingguo expressed his appreciation to the long-term support of Sinochem Group to the development of Tianjin. Secretary Huang indicated that Sinochem Group had strong strength in the field of energy, agriculture, chemical and real estate, etc.; Tianjin and Sinochem Group reached consensus and had foundation in strategic cooperation. Chairman Frank Ning led the team to Tianjin at the beginning of his tenure, showing his attention and support of Tianjin. He hoped that Sinochem Group could further enlarge its investment in Tianjin, produce more high-end projects and boost a batch of competitive products; Tianjin would guarantee the quality of service and create a good business environment so as to provide premium guarantee for enterprises to expand their business in Tianjin and realize win-win development.
Subsequently, Mr. Ning and his companions came to Sinochem Tianjin Petrochemical Warehouse Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Port Sinochem Petrochemical Dock Co., Ltd. located in Tianjin Port, Binhai New District, Tianjin and visited the front-line employees.
